St. George's Park Complex offers a very popular health and fitness centre which includes state of the art facilities and equipment around the clock.

Health and fitness facilities* include an indoor pool which is also heated during the winter months, a solarium, sauna, massage and squash courts. Trained instructors will guide you around a fully equipped gymnasium covering over 200 square meters of floor space. There also is a health bar available to complete the experience. These facilities are also available to guests residing at the La Vallette Resort.

*Most facilities are optional and carry a nominal charge.
